Lamplas Gel Coated Solid Surface Components

High gloss gel coat finish, very popular in UK & Europe for bathroom products due to lower costs, name variations include, Gelcast, Isocast, Synthetic Marble to name a few.

Normally produced using lower cost fillers to control costs.

The gel coat is applied in mould and once the product has been cast and de-moulded the gloss finish outer layer will be approx 0.5mm - 0.8mm thick.

Labour times are greatly reduced as less sanding and polishing will be required and the components will generally be less expensive.

The component will be warm to the touch and easy to keep clean.
